This Privacy Policy explains how personal information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Cyber Dagger, LLC ("Cyber Dagger", "we," “our,” or "us") when you access and use Cyber Dagger’s websites and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").We strive to ensure that our customers and visitors are well-informed of the measures we have set in place to protect any personal information collected through our websites, as well as the storage and disposal of that information.

Providing certain information is purely optional on your part; however, not all features and services (such as purchasing our cybersecurity services or communicating with us) would be available to you if you elect not to provide any information.

Cyber Dagger does not share personal information about you with other people or third parties except when we have your permission or at your instruction, or under the following circumstances: 

  • To vendors, service providers, and consultants who work on behalf of Cyber Dagger and perform services for us, including web hosting, payment processing, assisting with promotions, and providing technical services; 
  • To marketing partners we work with to promote the Services to the general public; 
  • In response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;

Wherever we collect this information (such as your personal, identifying, and/or financial data), we encrypt and securely transmit this information to our servers.You can verify our secure methods by looking for a closed-lock icon at the bottom of your internet browser or for looking for “https” at the beginning of the website at the top of your internet browser.

While we utilize encryption to protect the information you submit online, we also take serious steps to ensure the protection of your information offline.Only Cyber Dagger employees who are required to access your information to perform a specific job (such as billing a customer or providing customer service) are granted access to your personal information.Even further, the computers and servers where we store your information are kept in secure locations and environments.

You will have the opportunity to opt out of receiving promotional email communications at any time by following the instructions set out in those communications.If you opt out, we may continue to send you certain non-promotional email communications relating to the Services, such as (a) communications related to fulfilling a transaction, (b) service announcements, (c) notices regarding Cyber Dagger’s legal terms and this Privacy Policy.You will not have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such notices. 

Third Parties

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this site.We will notify you of such changes by revising the date at the top of the policy and in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice to the primary email address specified to Cyber Dagger or by placing a notice on our site. 

Children

Although Cyber Dagger does not specifically market to children under the age of thirteen (13), and the minimum required age to use our website is eighteen (18) years of age, we care and are concerned with the privacy of child web users and understand that the nature of digital access in our society provides the possibility that a person younger than the age of eighteen (18) may access certain digital content, such as our website, through falsifying their age when prompted, asked, or required to provide same.Thus, Cyber Dagger fully complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) and all provisions and regulations prescribed by COPPA.
