CyberDagger LLC is a veteran-owned offensive security firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We build the offensive security platforms organizations use to validate their defenses against real-world adversary techniques.
Founded in 2024 by USAF veteran John Rodriguez, CyberDagger built the CATM™ continuous adversary simulation platform.
Our operators bring hands-on experience across FedRAMP 3PAO assessments, certified red team leadership, blue team training, and applied AI/ML security, built through work spanning financial services, telecommunications, and federal defense contracting.
We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a Microsoft for Startups member.

CATM™, our flagship continuous adversary simulation platform, is built in Rust for federal and enterprise environments. ArgosAI is our AI pentesting platform, purpose-built for air-gapped and sovereign environments.

How We Work
Built in-house. Our CATM platform and offensive tooling are developed and operated in-house in Rust, Python, and Go. We do not resell other vendors’ products.
